What are the delivery times ?

Delivery times for Europe are 7 to 11 working days depending on the request and our shipping capacity.
These times can reach 15 days for international shipments outside the European Union.
Each package is visible with a tracking number.

We deliver throughout Europe with a shipping time of 7 to 11 days.
And internationally within 8 to 15 days.
Unfortunately, the French DOM-TOM, the Spanish and Portuguese island territories and certain countries (Israel, South Africa, Croatia, the United Arab Emirates and Peru) are currently not served by our partners. Orders for these destinations have therefore been made impossible on our checkout page.

What wrist sizes do the bracelets fit ?

We have made sure that our bracelets fit all wrist and ankle sizes.
Our bracelets are therefore adjustable.
The pearl bracelets are elastic and are perfectly suited for wrists from 14 to 20 cm.
On request, it is possible to shorten or enlarge a bracelet.
Is it possible to adjust the bracelets ?

Yes, whether it's the elastic or rope models, we've designed them to fit you.
What if the bracelets are too big / too small ?

Our bracelets fit 96% of wrists.
However, if you have received your bracelet and it does not fit :
- Too small, you can contact us for a return with this form
- Too big, you can either cut the adjustable rope/elastic.
Are the bracelets water resistant ?

YES, the majority of our bracelets are completely water resistant.
You can keep them under the shower but we recommend avoiding sea water, shampoo, shower gel, perfume and hydroalcoholic gel for a longer life.

- The following real stone bracelets : Onyx
What are the bracelets made of ?

Our commitments push us to always ensure conscious and sustainable sourcing and production or recycling.
The pearl bracelets are all made with real natural stones except for the Crystal Blue versions which are made with painted natural ceramic beads.

Yes, our bracelets are made, stored and shipped from China and we have never hidden it.

Explications :
We prefer transparency and truth to beautiful "political" logos of European production that hide dark realities.
100% of the raw materials used come from short and local circuits in China.
An equivalent manufacture in Europe would be less sustainable with the various inevitable transports of imports and exports.
And in addition to the reduced ecology, the costs would not allow us to offer the tracking experience, associative support and awareness for low price.
We therefore prefer to minimize our ecological impact and maximize the margin for donations.
All this while ensuring that our standards of employment, quality and sustainable commitments are irreproachably respected.

Thanks to this, we can offer you regularly updated content that is understandable at any age, and always provide a realistic, educational and virtually uninterrupted experience.
Why do several different people follow the same animal ?

You may have noticed that people have received the same access to the same animal.
This is normal : The cost of setting up and maintaining an animal mission page cannot be covered by the margin of a single bracelet.
We propose many informations to avoid that the same person follows the same animals but it is possible that the same animal is followed by several persons.
Why is my animal missions page buggy or not working ?

Although we manually edit every piece of data offered on the animals' virtual geolocation pages, server errors may occur, making the visible information temporarily inaccessible or incorrect.
